The role
Direct support work with young people aged 16+ in our supported accommodation across Caerphilly. Day, sleep-in and waking-night shifts available.
Pay starts at £12/hour with progression based on responsibility and time in role. Sleep-in payments paid separately.
What we look for
- Right to work in the UK
- Willingness to undergo enhanced DBS check (we cover the cost)
- Reliability — young people need adults who turn up
- Genuine interest in working with young people aged 16+
- Strong written communication for case notes and reporting
