From our placement records
Stabilising a high-risk placement
A South Wales Local Authority referred a 16-year-old following a placement breakdown with a previous provider. Within 48 hours, TIFA Life sourced a solo-occupancy placement with 2:1 staffing, established clear safeguarding escalation routes, and began weekly reporting to the allocated social worker.
At 90 days: stable in placement, no missing episodes, engaged with education for the first time in six months.
