Who we are
TIFA Life is a supported accommodation provider for young people aged 16+ across Wales. We deliver solo, shared and emergency placements, with specialist capability for unaccompanied asylum-seeking young people and care leavers. Our Swansea head office anchors delivery across South and West Wales, with sourcing and referral assessment covering all 22 Welsh Local Authorities.
TIFA Life is not a CIW-registered children's home or care service. We accept placements only where needs can be safely met within our supported accommodation model. Our safeguarding, staffing and reporting controls are documented in TIFA Connect and open to commissioner assurance.
How we are structured
Leadership, safeguarding, staffing and service delivery responsibilities are assigned to named roles. Each active placement has a named Service Manager and a defined escalation route.
Chief Executive Officer
Overall accountability for service quality, safeguarding, performance and organisational direction.
Operations Lead & Designated Safeguarding Lead
Service Manager oversight, placement decisions, operational control gates and safeguarding escalation.
Chief of Staff
Compliance coordination, management cadence and follow-through on mandatory operational commitments.
Resource Manager
Workforce resourcing, staffing compliance, recruitment coordination and safe rota capacity.
Service Managers (by allocation)
Day-to-day delivery for their allocated young people, homes and support workers, including supervision and reporting.
Founder & Managing Director
Group strategy, commissioner relationships, commercial partnerships and long-term model development.

Where we operate
Our office is in Swansea, with delivery concentrated across South and West Wales, sourcing coverage across all 22 Welsh Local Authority areas and cross-border provision where the placement plan supports it.

Company and operating model
TIFA Life Ltd provides supported accommodation for young people aged 16+ across Wales. We accept referrals for solo, shared, emergency, UASC and care-leaver placements where supported accommodation is the appropriate service model.
The business operates from Swansea, with regional delivery responsibilities assigned across Wales. We also consider cross-border referrals from English Local Authorities where the location and placement plan are suitable.
Referral decisions, property checks, staffing, safeguarding, daily records, reports and outstanding actions are managed through defined processes. TIFA Connect records the relevant owner, evidence and follow-up for each placement.
