The role

Direct support work with young people aged 16+ in our supported accommodation across Gwynedd. Day, sleep-in and waking-night shifts available.

Pay starts at £12/hour with progression based on responsibility and time in role. Sleep-in payments paid separately.

What we look for

  • Right to work in the UK
  • Willingness to undergo enhanced DBS check (we cover the cost)
  • Reliability — young people need adults who turn up
  • Genuine interest in working with young people aged 16+
  • Strong written communication for case notes and reporting
