The role

Direct support work with young people aged 16+ in our supported accommodation across Bridgend. Day, sleep-in and waking-night shifts available.

We pay the Welsh Living Wage. Pay starts at £13.45/hour, above the National Living Wage. Sleep-in payments paid separately. Progression rates based on responsibility and time in role.
