For an urgent or same-day referral in Wales, call 01792 677275 and send the referral information you already have. A senior lead will assess the young person, accommodation, staffing plan and safeguarding arrangements.
We provide a written suitability decision within 24 hours. Same-day mobilisation is available when the placement can be delivered safely.
What we confirm before accepting a placement
- The accommodation is appropriate and ready.
- The staffing level and night arrangements meet the assessed need.
- Workers have the required experience and information.
- Safeguarding, on-call and escalation arrangements are agreed.
- The complete cost and any exclusions are confirmed in writing.
Every offer itemises the property, staffing pattern, night cover, additional support, reporting requirements and total guide cost before acceptance.
The full 24/7 solo model starts at £3,900/week, itemised and confirmed in writing. Waking nights, enhanced ratios and additional specialist support are quoted separately. An urgent mobilisation carries +12.5% for the first 14 nights. On top of the agreed rate for the first 14 nights only, after which the standard rate applies. Agreed in writing before arrival.
