The role

Direct support work with young people aged 16+ in our supported accommodation across Cardiff. Day, sleep-in and waking-night shifts available.

We pay the Welsh Living Wage. Pay starts at £13.45/hour, above the National Living Wage. Sleep-in payments paid separately. Progression rates based on responsibility and time in role.

Reliability — young people need adults who turn up

Direct support work with young people aged 16+ in our Cardiff supported accommodation. Properties across Cathays, Roath, Splott, Grangetown, Ely and Llanrumney. Day, sleep-in and waking-night shifts available.
