The role
Direct support work with young people aged 16+ in supported accommodation, as roles open across Neath Port Talbot. Day, sleep-in and waking-night shifts where available.
We pay the Welsh Living Wage. Pay starts at £13.45/hour, above the National Living Wage. Sleep-in payments paid separately. Progression rates based on responsibility and time in role.
What we look for
- Right to work in the UK
- Willingness to undergo enhanced DBS check (we cover the cost)
- Reliability (young people need adults who turn up)
- Genuine interest in working with young people aged 16+
- Strong written communication for case notes and reporting
